For a lot of our patients, a checkup is not a detour at all; it is a quick pull-off on the drive in or the drive home. We are Virginia’s largest doctor-owned dental group — no private equity, no quotas, just dentistry. That matters more than it sounds. Because no outside investor is setting monthly targets, the only thing steering your treatment plan is what your teeth actually need.
Our hours are Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. An 8:00 AM cleaning has you back on Grounds shortly after, and a late-afternoon slot lets you close out the day here and still miss the worst of the 250 crawl home. Tell our front desk what your week looks like and we will find a time that fits around it.
The Plans We Work With
Most UVA and Virginia state (COVA) employees carry one of a handful of dental plans, and we are set up for them. Specifically, we work with:

More broadly, we accept most major insurance plans and are in-network with many of them. Plans and networks change, so bring your card and we’ll verify your specific coverage before treatment — that way there are no surprises when the estimate comes back.
