A Different Way to Pay for Dental Care
If you do not have dental insurance, you have probably done the math on what a traditional plan costs against the care you actually use. Virginia Dental Club is the membership plan we offer at Willis & Associates Family Dentistry Ivy for exactly that situation: one annual membership, bought directly, with the price and the terms in plain view.
Virginia Dental Club is a membership plan administered by Membersy LLC, not insurance. There is nothing to file, no waiting period, and no annual maximum.
What Membership Costs
$279 a year for an individual, $259 a year for each additional member in the same household. No enrollment fee. Renews annually.
What Membership Includes
Your membership includes two cleanings, two routine exams, one problem-focused emergency exam, and your X-rays at no charge each membership year.
What Is Discounted, and What Is Not
Most other services are 20% off our standard fee, including fillings, crowns, root canals, dentures, implants and periodontal treatment.
Orthodontics including Invisalign, whitening and other elective cosmetic work are not part of the membership discount. Fluoride and sealants are discounted at 20%, not included.
Membership cannot be combined with dental insurance or with any other office promotion or discounted service.
Who Membership Is For
- Adults without an employer dental plan, self-employed professionals, freelancers, and small-business owners who would otherwise buy insurance on their own.
- Retirees, since dental insurance often ends when work does, right when consistent care matters most.
- Families, because additional members in the same household join at the additional-member price.
- Anyone who has been putting off the dentist over cost, because membership turns an unpredictable expense into a known one.

How Treatment Is Priced
Anything beyond your routine visits is quoted in writing at member pricing before we start. We work with most major insurance plans too, as our insurance and financing page explains, but membership and insurance are separate paths.
